A large part of the union’s operations revolves around a well-functioning student union house, where the union's active members can work, socialize, and grow. The Union house manager (KA) is primarily responsible for ensuring that the student union building is suited to the union’s activities and that the union's physical resources are maintained and in good condition.
KA will also be responsible for project management of the relocation of the student union house from Uthgård to new premises. This includes, among other things, communication with Akademiska Hus to ensure that the new union building meets the union's requirements for a space in which to carry out its operations, procurement and sponsorship of furnishings, room design, and planning of the moving logistics. Fundraising for the union house project is handled by the Head of Corporate Relations (NA) in close collaboration with the KA.
