The board is the executive authority and is, underneath FUM, the highest decision making instance. The board makes decisions considering the organization, selects candidates for positions within the union and allocates assignments and resources. The work of the board is focused on the tactical management of the union. The board members should also support the president and the vice president in the duties and be a link between the management and the members of the union.
