As Event Master, you are the person with overall responsibility for all marketing of the Pub Crew’s events and activities. You are responsible for themes and entertainment elements during the Pub Crew’s events. You are also the person with overall responsibility for other events (in addition to Thursday pubs) that the Pub Crew will organize. You will also be responsible for the Pub Crew’s digital ordering system, OrdSys.

As Event Master, you are part of the Klubbverket working group, which is responsible for a central part of the Uppsala Union of Engineering and Science Students’ social and event activities, as well as the rental of the student union building Uthgård. Klubbverket consists of the Head of Pub Crew, Deputy Head of Pub Crew, Event Master, Bar Master, Kitchen Master, Bar Hosts, and Kitchen Hosts.

The term of office for the Event Master runs from 5 February 2026 to 31 December 2026.
