As Bar Master, you are the person with overall responsibility for the bar during the Pub Crews events. Together with the head of the Pub Crew, you are responsible for the beverage selection. You are responsible for ensuring that all bar staff working at the Pub Crews events have the proper training and that rules and procedures are followed in the bar throughout each event. You also serve as the group leader for the bar team, which means that you lead and coordinate the work of the Bar Hosts.

As Bar Master, you are part of the Klubbverket working group, which is responsible for a central part of the Uppsala Union of Engineering and Science Students’ social and event activities, as well as the rental of the student union building Uthgård. Klubbverket consists of the Head of Pub Crew, Deputy Head of Pub Crew, Event Master, Bar Master, Kitchen Master, Bar Hosts, and Kitchen Hosts.

The term of office for the Bar Manager runs from 5 February 2026 to 31 December 2026.

As Bar Manager, you will receive training to become a licensed alcohol server and must therefore have reached the age of 20 before the start of your term of office.
