UTN’s songbook plays a central role in many of the events and social activities organised among Uppsala’s engineering and science students. The current edition was produced in 2019, but as stock is running low and the union is approaching its 25th anniversary in 2027, work has been initiated to produce a new and updated edition.

As a member of the Songbook Committee, your task is to work together with the other members to produce a new songbook for UTN. In addition, each member will have a specific area of responsibility—such as events, sponsorship, graphic design and illustration, or musical arrangement—which will be assigned at a later stage. The exact areas of responsibility are not predefined in advance but can be adapted based on prior experience and one’s vision for the songbook. What all committee members share is the responsibility for the content of the songbook.
