Balsoaré is responsible for everything happening during the ball evening. This responsibility involves finding a song and a toast to host the evening and to assist in the planning of the seating arrangements, the menu and the entertainment. Balsoaré leads this work but will have support from the rest of the ball committee during the entire term.
