Balgala is responsible for all events taking place prior to the ball. These events are planned together with the rest of the committee. However, Balgala leads the planning of these days and makes sure planning and execution works according to what is agreed. These events include a ticket release pub and dance training events. Balgala is also responsible for carrying out of the event “7 Years Later” together with the Head of Corporate Relations of UTN. Balgala also has the main responsibility for the volunteers who have been appointed during the mandate period. Balgala leads this work but will have support from the rest of the ball committee during the entire term.
