As Håll you are head of the sustainability work of the River Rafting, including pushing the environmental work forward. This includes responsibility over the River Rafting's environmental certification and that this is marketed, giving environmental education, making sure that the committee performs environmental analyses, and supporting the committee with their environmental work. You will also be in charge of the internal scheduling and that the workload for the committee is sustainable. You are in charge of the arrangement's waste management and recycling and that the early permits for both the River Rafting and the Festival are applyed for. You will make sure that statistics are kept and that all evaluations of the arrangement are performed and clearly presented for future events.

Håll is part of the festival group and the management team. You will not have the role as a group leader but will support Fest in their leadership before and during the River Rafting Festival.
