As Bar host you will work in the bar at the Pub Crew’s various events. Together with the other Bar hosts you will be responsible for routines and logistics in the bar. You will have the opportunity to be Executive Bar Host, which means you will be responsible for the serving of alcohol during the evening, leading the work in the bar, and preparing the bar for the evening (this requires that you are older than 20 but you can still be a bar host if you are below 20 years old). As a Bar host you are also expected to work in the kitchen if needed.

As a Bar host you are part of The Pub Crew which is responsible for the festivities at Uppsala Union of Engineering and Science students, including pubs, various rentals and other events at the union house Uthgård. The Pub Crew consists of Head of the Pub Crew, deputy Head of the Pub Crew, Event master, Bar master, Kitchen master, Bar hosts and Kitchen hosts.

The mandate of a Kitchen host is during the autumn semester 2024.

This position requires that you can speak and read Swedish.
