This is MER’s (Master and Exchange Reception) position responsible for logistics. As PACK you will be responsible for making sure that all the needed materials are provided during the different activities, making sure that places are booked when needed and make sure that after the activities the locations are left in a clean state. As part of the event group you’ll be working under the event group leader who is part of the management team and responsible for the communication to the other parts of MER. Since MER is rather young you can also actively take part in shaping your position and the organisational structure of the committee.

As committee member of MER’s (Master and Exchange Reception) event group, you will be helping in setting up and executing the event. The event goes on for two weeks in the end of august and during that time will consist of different activities where the new international students will be given the opportunity to get to know each other and be introduced to the campus.
